Right to Speak Campaign
Richard Rynearson criticized a powerful public figure on Bainbridge Island using a public Facebook page. As a result of this alone, a local judge forced him off part of his property, disarmed him and his wife for several months, and censored his online speech.
That judge's order was thrown out by an appeals judge who said his speech was protected by the First Amendment & Rynearson sued Washington State in federal court, and a federal judge last week knocked down the so-called "cyberstalking" law as violating the Constitution.
So now it's speech time. Those who would like to see Rynearson's message go far and wide in response to the actions taken to silence him, can donate and all money raised will go to purchasing social media ads to get this important message out and to show those would violate our rights that their efforts will not have the result they had hoped for in our free nation.
