Rise up and support The Rising 2024.

Once again, I am using my outdoor sports to raise awareness and funds for young people's well-being. Young people face challenges 24/7, and as a parent, I can see these challenges. A Lust for Life runs programmes nationwide, giving students the tools and support to help them navigate this ever-changing world. However, they want to do much more. Please support our challenge.

I'm joining Bressie and his team to Paddle the length of the Shannon, Cycle from Limerick to Cronins Yard in Kerry, and, in the final leg, climb Carrauntoohill. The total distance for the challenge is 470km
