Tax deductible
Rainelle Medical Center, a small 501(c)3 not-for-profit community health center serving rural WV is taking donations to help our employees and staff recover from the June 2016 major flooding through the areas of Greenbrier County.   I am the CFO of the center and serve our employees directly.

The FEMA website (FEMA.gov) has information about this Major Disaster (DR-4273) at http://www.fema.gov/disaster/4273.

Rainelle Medical Center currently estimates that the loss and damage to the homes and property of our staff and employees to be at approximately $300,000.  Rainelle Medical Center will match 25% of all donations made up to $75,000 in matching funds.

Eleven employees suffered damage of verying degrees up-to and including complete loss of homes. One employee lost there home, all their belongings and three vehicles.

Funds raised over and above the $300,000 (or more official damage estimates if lower) will be donated to Rainelle Community Development Corporation, a not-for-profit organization, that serves to develop and revitalize the Rainelle community.

Funds can be mailed directly to Rainelle Medical Center with a memo indicating it is for disaster relief.
