Robin Banks Life Changing Surgery

First we want to mention that Liban Randall also known as Robin Banks is 23 years old, he was one of the new up and coming artists in Toronto. He caught the eye of several record companies and finally decided to sign with a major label out of Philadelphia.  While Liban was celebrating his signing, he was viciously and senselessly attacked, shot more than 9 times, only by the grace of the Almighty has he survived. Unfortunately as a result of the gunshot wounds, his spinal cord was severed and Liban will need extensive therapy and rehabilitation.  

Liban is a caring and considerate son, a nephew, a cousin, a loving brother and grandson to his family. His friends, fellow artists and people who know him talked about his humble and generous nature while he was fighting for his life.

The family is hopeful that he will recover to a degree that he can be self-sustaining and a contributor to society but his injuries will require significant rehabilitation, extensive medical therapies and costly equipment.  

He needs a surgery which is not available in Canada. All funds will go toward Liban’s medical treatments, recovery and rehabilitation. Liban’s family truly appreciate the love and support from friends, his fellow artists and his fans during this difficult time. Liban proved to be a fighter in enduring multiple life-sustaining interventions in the Critical Care Unit, we would appreciate any help and support to carry the fight with and for him.
