Roger Noriega

When Roger went to work on Friday May 10, 2019 he never knew that the rail tanker he was working inside of  would explode. His friend Simon risked his own life and crawled into the tank to save Roger. Simon and his co-workers laid his body on top of the tank and gave him oxygen, but his heart had stopped. Paramedics performed CPR until he was airlifted to Brooks Army Medical Center. He is now clinging to life at BAMC burn unit. He has sustained 3rd degree burns to 60% of his body and suffered a brain injury. His organs have failed and he is on life support. We are praying for a miracle. Now we are trying to raise money for his medical expenses, funeral expenses if he doesn't pull through and his 10 year old son's schooling. If you knew my brother, you knew the love he had for his son and his wife. My brother and Lucy worked hard to send their son to private school. I want little Roger to stay there, go to college and never have a job as dangerous as my brother had. Thank you, friends.News of the explosion
