Roger Williams Scholarship Memorial
Donation protected
Roger passed away on June 5th, 2018 after a battle with cancer. Our family would like to honor his memory by creating a scholarship fund for students of Bradshaw Mountain High School, where Roger taught for nine years, up until his cancer diagnosis in 2018.
Roger had a career in education for over 40 years, working both as a teacher and principal. He began his career as an English teacher but later developed a knack for all things technology related and had a natural ability to both learn and teach computer skills.
He was always dedicated to his students and enjoyed teaching every day even into his 70s. He enriched his students' lives with his many experiences and great story telling, and they kept him young at heart.
Our family hopes that this memorial fund could serve Bradshaw Mountain students who plan to go on to college, trade school or any higher learning after high school graduation.
We trust that Roger's legacy of love of learning and growing will continue to serve the next generation.
With gratitude,
The Williams Family
