Rowan's Bear
In 2016, Rowan's Bear founder Megan Whitworth lost her baby at 12 weeks pregnant, a son named Rowan. Her empty arms ached to hold her baby. She soon found comfort in a teddy bear she found at a local Hallmark store. It gave her something to hold when her heart was broken.
To help grieving mothers and fathers in the same way, Megan has partnered with Birchwood Trading Co. to send teddy bears to grieving families at no cost to the family, which is also the same bear Megan found comfort in. There is a cost to purchase the bears at a discounted rate of $15 per bear for Megan and her team.
Help Megan raise money to send bears to families who are enduring their greatest heartache and to send comfort along the journey.
