Roze's TMJ Splint Therapy

I have been diagnosed with TMJ disorder, but my insurance does not cover any of the treatment. Splint therapy can correct the misalignment and alleviate the pain, but I cannot afford to pay for it out of pocket. Any assistance toward this goal would be a great comfort.
