Ruben/Jeremy Sanchez

Ruben Sanchez's son Jeremy was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery for a brain tumor. He is only 17 years old. I knew Ruben from High School and he has friends from Jr High and High, Lets help them out in any way possible!
