Help Steve breath a little easier
Donation protected
On April 6th 2015, my brother Steve sustained a serious head injury and was emergently rushed to surgery to relieve the pressure from a subdural hematoma. He has been on a respirator for the last nine days. Although he is breathing on his own, he remains intubated. He is beginning to wake up some but is having issues in moving the left side of his body.
As you can imagine the expenses of major surgery, an intensive care stay and the cost of being on a respirator will be substantial. As you know Steve has always been an independent person; always more willing to give than to receive. Now it has come time that he needs to receive. It will be quite some time before he will be able to think about working again. And yet the daily expenses of living will continue. If you could help him breath a little easier by donating so that he'll know some of his expenses are a little less of a worry, it would be most appreciated. Thanks for your prayers as he begins the long road to recovery.
