Cujo's Eye Surgeries

My precious Shih Tzu, "Cujo" was bit by my son and his eye came out of his socket!  Cujo has undergone two surgeries so far in the amounts of $2,300.00.   Cujo had surgery on early Friday morning when this awful tragedy happened.  His eye ball had to be reattached and the eye lid was stitched closed to keep the eye ball in place.  On Tuesday, 4/13/15 the eye looked infected and I took him back to The Palm Beach  Veterinary Office.  The Ophthalmology Dept. took a look at the eye and I was told he needed another surgery......I had no choice, but to take the appointment in the morning 4/14/15 @ 8:00 am for  Cujo to have the necessary surgery.  Cujo is now blind in his right eye due to this terrible unforseen accident, which alcohol was involved in.

As a Mother I feel terrible that my son, David Etzel, Jr sits in jail charged with animal cruelty, had he not been drinking he would never have hurt Cujo as he loved Cujo and Cujo loved him.  I do not want David around me or my animals.  I feel sorry for my son and hope he gets the help he needs, he has been in depression for many years and alcohol is his demon.
