Samantha Jankowski-Kidney Donor

Hi.  My name is Vicki Tuttle and I have started this gofundme page for Samantha Jankowski.  I have end stage renal disease and have been on dialyses for almost 3 years.  I posted my story on Facebook and asked for people who might be willing to donate a kidney to me.  A couple months ago Samantha reached out and said she wanted to give one of her kidneys to me.  She met with the transplant team at Albany Medical Center and they gave her the go ahead to start the testing process.  If she is healthy enough, we are looking at a transplant within 6 months.  I would like to raise money for Samantha and her family- she has a fiancé and 2 young children.  She would use the funds for gas money traveling back and forth to Albany for testing, then, after the surgery she will be out of work for at least 3 weeks.  I don't want her or her family to struggle financially while she is unable to work.  She is giving me the gift of life and I want to help her any way I can.  I hope my family and friends help me help her.  There are no words to express how grateful I am for Samantha coming into my life and giving me a part of her.  She will be literally giving me my life back!  Thank you
