Samuel Chiriac was called to heaven Christmas day after a very tragic accident. He was a passanger in the car. The group Samuel was with was apart of a caroling team from Phiadelphia Romanian Pentecostal chruch in Portland. His family and friends will suffer from his unexpected loss. If you could donate even the smallest amount to help the familly with memorial costs. All funds raised will go to Constantin Chiriac, Samuels father.
