Save family from the city

Please this family needs help getting out of the city. They have been getting death threats from neighbors and the police do nothing about it. They have even gotten bullets with their names writen on them found by the door to their apartment. They have a steady income but need help getting over the bump as they live from check to check.  These little kids have no chance at a real life in the city.  Any thing you can give will help.
