Halaa, Steamlanders!
I'm afraid the current estate owner of the MariKesh Mondrago sim on Second Life needs our help! He was a little forgetful, and he's down on hard times and now the region has gone into arrears with Linden Labs. If this debt is not paid within a month, the region and the years of hard work put into it will be lost forever. I've set up this fund to help him pay what he owes to LL and to cover the fees for transfer to Mondrago's upcoming new estate owner - yes, me. Your help will keep another SL Steamland from falling into the abyss - and make sure a living, thriving culture who has brought joy and inspiration to so many over the past seven years continues to have its home during this often complicated transition of power.
If we are for some reason unable to rescue the region, the funds will be used towards the creation of a new full region on Second Life where the Mondragon culture may continue to flourish. Any funds exceeding our goal will be put towards maintenance of the region in either case.
I remain your humble servant, and hope you will one day come to visit a MariKesh Mondrago grateful for its second chance,
JB/CW.
