The Faculty and Students have formed a legal entity in the State of Nevada named:

 SAVE THE ART INSTITUTE OF LAS VEGAS, LIMITED

 The UNITED FACULTY AND STUDENTS need your help to SAVE our school from shutting down.

TRAGIC LOSSES IF WE ARE FORCED TO CLOSE OUR DOORS

·         Many of our students will lose transferable credits

·         Years of study down the drain

·         Current Seniors will not be able to graduate

·         Underclassmen might have to move out of state to find another career school

·         Veteran Students’ well-deserved benefits will be in turmoil

·         Our International Students are in jeopardy of losing their Student Visa Status

·         The Local Community will lose an educated job force

·         A successful higher education institution that has benefited the community…. Gone!!

·         And the list goes on…

IMMEDIATE NEED

We are asking you to donate whatever you can to help us pay for the mounting Legal and Professional fees and services, which are vital at this stage in the process of attempting to SAVE OUR SCHOOL.

The court appointed RECEIVER has the power to SAVE the school for the benefit of the students.

The Ai Las Vegas started in Henderson, Nevada nearly 20 years ago.  The school has been successful and profitable.We have retained a local attorney, an accountant and professional consultants to help us negotiate with the court appointed Receiver. The Receiver is totally and completely in control of the fate of this campus and he is the only person who can allow us to keep this school open. Faculty and Students are in talks with viable investors, who are more than willing to help us - BUT only the Receiver can allow us to move forward.

OUR MISSION

The Mission and Goal of SAVE The Art Institute of Las Vegas, Limited, is to negotiate with the receiver to remove our Campus from the grip of the bankrupt conglomerate and proceed as a Continuing but NEW and VEGAS-BORN Career College of the Art  -  a college designed to the benefit art students education and for the benefit of the Greater Las Vegas Community.
