Help me fix or replace my car

On Tuesday January 5th around 7:30 pm I discovered my car was 75% under water at a parking lot near the riverbed in a shopping mall. My insurance will not cover me for my loss. My car was severely water damaged beyond repair and now I will have to buy another car. A friend and co-worker told me about gofundme and so I'm giving it a shot in the dark.
