Donna's Transplant Medical Fund

We are raising funds for medical expenses as I will need a kidney and pancreas transplant.  I was diagnosed in 2008 with Stage 4 Renal failure.  My doctor said, "you don't need to worry about getting on a transplant list for another 5 or 6 years. Well here we are 7 years later and a new journey began for me.  I was put on the waiting list for both tranplants on December 8, 2014.  

Please help me and my family reach our goal so I can get the treatments and transplants I desperately need.  You can also go to Wells Fargo and make donations to Donna Medina, Medical Expense Account.  Help me write a different story.
