Send BC Student Allison Stogsdill to Spain

Hello, my name is Allison Stogsdill.  I am a very involved student at Brown County High School. I play three varsity sports including golf, basketball, and softball. I am a member of History Club, Dance Marathon, Interact Club, Youth Leadership, Student Council, National Honors Society, Science Honors Society, and Spanish Honors Society. I am currently ranked at the top of my class and have recently been accepted into the IU Honors Exchange Program. Through this program I will have the opportunity to study abroad for 6 weeks during the summer of 2019 in Oviedo, Spain. I will live among native speakers and further my speaking skills and knowledge concerning the Spanish language. I plan to continue studying Spanish in college and pursue a minor in the language. This experience will not only catapult my academic resume and future but will also allow me to gather a better sense of individuality, responsibility, social skills, and independence. Therefore, I am reaching out to the community members and fellow organizations in seek of funding for this invaluable experience to come. My goal is to raise 6,000 dollars. Any amount will be greatly appreciated!
