Send Sam Back to School

Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my page. As some of you may know, I was hospitalized and placed in a medically-induced coma after experiencing rare complications caused by parainfluenza infection. I was hospitalized for over four months not including the outpatient physical and occupational therapy I had to complete. 

My hospitalization made a huge impact on my family’s finances, making it difficult for me to finish my doctoral degree. I am so close to finishing but need help paying off an overdue balance before I can register for a new term. An overdue balance also bars me from accessing records and transcripts needed for job applications. Clearing my balance will  help me move forward and secure better employment options. Can you help?
