Send Tony to the World Series
As many of you know, for my entire life I have been a lifelong, die hard, Cub fan, proudly wearing my Cubs hat everywhere I go. Through thick and thin.
This year, on the night I hit the big 5-0 the Cubs shutout Clayton Kershaw and the Dodgers 5-0. A miracle!
Through the playoffs I went to both games in San Francisco and all three in LA -- every time in my Cubs hat and giant smile on my face.
Tickets for the World Series in Chicago are almost laughably expensive. Even the cheapest tickets are thousands.
I would love to go to just one World Series game and stand in my beloved bleachers. One ticket right now plus fees is around $4,000 and may rise as the Cubs get closer to earning that elusive ring.
Join me in this historic excitement by chipping in and sending me to my happy place: the Friendly Confines. Then when you watch you can say "I helped the biggest Cub fan I know get the toughest ticket there is on such an emotional and important game."
I am targeting October 30th, which is Game 5 at Wrigley Field.
Any contribution will be gladly accepted and loved.
Even though this Cubs team is young and talented, to make it this far is a once-in-a-lifetime journey for Cubs fans. And I thank you in advance for being a part of it with me.
