Roxanne Shipman Funeral Fund

Roxanne was taken from us after she was fatally shot yesterday December 1st, in a tragic accident. she was a beautiful young woman, only 19 years old,always full of life, laughter and love. Roxy was the person her friends went to when they needed someone to listen. She was a true friend, never judgeing. She would help anyone, anytime without hesitation. She was a beautiful soul-inside and out-who will be truly missed by many and NEVER forgotten. She touched many lives in her short life. She lived in Norwich, NY with her family. They are so deeply broken by her loss. This is something no one plans for. Please help us give this precious young soul the beautiful funeral and burial she deserves. We greatly appreciate any donation no matter how small it may be so we can give Roxanne the wonderful service and burial she deserves so her family, friends and all who loved her can say their goodbyes.
