Shannon Shaves Hair Off for Mario Diotte

Hi! My name is Shannon King and I am the morning show host on KiSS 105.3 in Sudbury, Ontario.  I am planning to shave my hair off. Why?! I am raising money for the son of my co-worker. Lise Diotte is an angel and is going through every parent's worst nightmare. Her son Mario was diagnosed with cancer. What's worse? The treatment can cost upwards of $115,000 every 6 months!! Why so expensive?! Due to the rarity of Mario's condition he has to receive treatment with a specialist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Recently OHIP has denied him coverage which means he will have to go out of pocket not only for his travel and accommodations but his medical bills on top of that. The community has been tremendously supportive and I want to help take that one step further.  I want to shave all of my hair off for Mario Diotte and give him and his family 100% of the money raised.  Please help me reach my fundraising goal of $5,000 and I will take the buzzers to my beloved blonde hair.
