A Saratoga family needs your help. A mother and her daughter BOTH fighting cancer. Kristen has been bravely fighting Ewing Sarcoma for the past eight years, enduring 15 surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation and traveling to Texas, Boston, Ohio and Japan in a effort to rid her body of this disease. Kristen is a fighter, as is Shelly, who with her husband Marc Shinebarger and her family has been by her daughter’s side every minute of every day for the past 8 years.
Now this family will have to dig deep and find the strength to fight yet another battle, as Shelly has been diagnosed with breast cancer. In a few weeks she will undergo a double mastectomy, at which time her course of treatment will be determined. Shelly’s main concern is getting through this and getting well so she can continue to fight by her daughter’s side.
With your help we can offer this family a little piece of mind during a very difficult time. Providing financial support will allow Shelly and Kristen to focus on what’s most important; getting well. All donations will go directly to the Shinebarger family to help pay for medical bills and treatments, as well as other expenses they may incur during this time.
