Hey Friends! First and foremost we sincerely thank you for taking the time to acknowledge the various circumstances and situations many people are undergoing and greatly appreciate those that have found their way into this specific campaign. Our story revolves Our babygirl Shiloh and the journey she's endured thus far. Our Story...
At week 20 of pregnancy, We found out that Our precious babygirl would be diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Ventricle Syndrome (HLHS). Talk about a scare. We continued on though, through the various visits to numerous doctors, specialist, and monthly checkups finally making our way to Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital in Nashville for the big day! Our girl has done absolutely incredible since her first surgery and keeps her fighting spirit strong! Though as grateful as we are for the blessings that have been given to us, hospital life is not an easy adjustment, all the while maintaining living expenses until we are ready to go home. Our expected discharge date has been pushed backed significantly due to setbacks regarding Shilohs Post-Op recovery. Alongside our extended stay here at Vanderbilt, Madison (Mom) will also be taking time away from work to stay home to care for Shiloh as we settle back into our life at home.
What we are asking for from our supporters here is donation in any form, which would immensely help in our current situation. All of the funds will go directly to supplying the necessary day-to-day care for Shiloh and Ourselves onward until we are settled back home. All forms of support are greatly appreciated and needed. To the supporter, thank you for the care and generosity given and know that it most certainly does not go unnoticed or taken for granted.
With all of the love and support surrounding Shiloh and her fight, We saw an awesome oppurtunity to let everyone know her progress through recovery and created a personal blog so as to keep everyone that came across our path in-the-know and as much involved with our daughter as possible.
