Simba and Nala go to Chicago!

We were alerted to this beautiful pair by workers who were working on the construction site they were born. Prior to contacting us, the boss had split the legs of the father and thrown him into the desert to die, and had killed another pup. Knowing their fate, we couldn't sit back and do nothing.

We took the mum and the remainder of her pups in. They went to the vet for a preliminary health check and then came to their new home at our shelter where they have lived since. The pups are now getting older and bigger, and we are seeking for them to find their own home. 

Sadly mixed breed street dogs don't have much luck finding homes in this country. Qatar is a country rich in wealth but not always in terms of heart when it comes to animal welfare. Because of this, we have approached an organisation in Chicago who help rehome dogs overseas, who otherwise would never have a chance at finding their own family.

To get them there costs 300usd each, and i'm appealing to anyone who can spare a little change to help these guys go along way.
