By developing and operating a network of utility scale solar installations nationwide, we aim to provide zero cost, renewable energy starting with low-income communities and transition U.S. energy infrastructure to public ownership.

Equitable Distribution: Unlike profit-driven solar developers, our nonprofit model focuses on equitable distribution of energy to ensure every American has access to zero cost renewable energy.

Long-term Strategy: Our 35-year plan involves using solar energy to produce hydrogen fuel, re-enforcing our grid infrastructure while simultaneously creating a sustainable and clean transportation fuel source.

Funding Utilization: Initial funds will acquire land, enable site preparation for our first solar project, and establish our operations and administrative capabilities.

Quick Impact: We aim to break ground on our first solar project within 4-6 months of securing the initial round of funding.

Community Support: By leveraging government grants, corporate sponsorships, and direct donations, we will construct utility-scale solar installations. Half of the energy produced will fund further projects, and the other half will help local communities zero out their household energy bills.
