South Delta Pride Picnic/BBQ

First Annual Delta Pride Event!! We are having a picnic!!  Please help us raise funds to put on the first annual Delta Pride Event on August 4, 2018 at Memorial Park in Ladner between 3-6pm. We need to raise some funds for rental of the site, damage deposit, insurance and supplies for the picnic/BBQ! We require $510 for the rental of part of Memorial park, damage deposit for the site and insurance to cover up to 200 people. We also need funds for decorations, food and drinks, and service items. We also built in a bit of a slush fund in case we go over our 200 person limit, as that would raise the amount to cover insurance. We will give a total breakdown of costs at the end of the campaign and any extra monies raised and not used during the event will be donated to Covenant House, as the charity of choice picked by the organizing team.
