South Indy Sharks 12U CANADA BOUND!

Without a doubt, this is our SILVER SEASON.

The South Indy Sharks 12U/Pee Wee hockey team has qualified for the International Silver Stick tournament, from January 4-8, 2017, in Pelham, Ontario Canada. This is a great honor, as only 16 teams at our level qualified for this finals.

As you can imagine, finding out on December 15 that we are competing January 4-8 has made planning fast and furious, and doesn't leave us much time to fundraise. We know that this time of year is difficult to give, but any little bit you give is going to help these kids have the time of their lives without creating undue burden on our hockey families. It truly is an honor for them. They are playing for more than themselves - they are playing for Coach Ryan and his family.

Coach Ryan won't be able to attend, for the best possible reason ever - he and his awesome wife Emily will be preparing to bring home our newest Sharks, Michael and Eli. Michael and Eli were so excited for our season that they arrived on September 27 at 26 weeks, the day that it was announced that the Sharks would be playing at the SILVER level of the Buckeye League (SILVER! See?). That was a day of huge news. The twins have been doing their jobs, and are growing and getting stronger.  The Sharks will do their job, and represent Coach and his family, and the whole South Indy Sharks hockey community.

The funds raised will help cover the tournament fees and the costs associated with getting our little team that could up to Canada, to represent South Indy and all of our amazing families.
