Squee's Vet Fundraiser
Donation protected
I have three cats. Bucky, Kana, and Squee. Squee is the middle cat; he's around 13 years old, but he's my baby. When we first met, he belonged to my roommate, and we didn't get along. He'd hide from me and run every time I tried to pet him. Eventually, though, he decided to sleep on my bed and from then on, he was my little white shadow.
Since then, my roommate let me take Kana and Squee, and along the way, Bucky joined my family. My cats mean the world to me; they're basically my children. They help me deal with depression and anxiety, and are just the sweetest little critters. I'd do anything for them.
Lately, Squee hasn't been acting like his normal, playful self. Earlier this month, he had to go to the vet for vomiting and weight loss, and blood work revealed he has hyperthyroidism.
Then, on top of that, I had to take him to the ER vet this morning (April 17). He's really lethargic, and has bright green discharge coming out of his nose. Whenever I try to pick him up, he cries. It's like he's a different cat, and it's really scaring me.
Unfortunately the ER vet is not cheap. That's where you guys come in. Please help me help Squee. He's gotten me through some of the hardest times in my life, and I have to do the same for him. I love him so much, and I need help.
This is an itemized receipt of everything that Squee went through during his visit. I'm trying to raise $1200.00 to cover it and the gofundme fees. Anything over this amount will be donated to a cat rescue.
Please, please help me help Squee. He and I would appreciate it more than I could ever say.
