The St Kilda Sharks are one of the longest standing women's football clubs in Victoria.
Like the rest of society our players and their families are not immune to mental health disorders and have recently had a number of relatives and loved ones pass away through suicide.
Women's AFL is a growing force in the media and the Sharks would like to use our profile and our great game to promote the amazing cause that is R U OK? Day.
All the profits we make on the day and any money raised through fundraising will also go directly to the foundation
