Stacy Strong!!!

On January 27th, 2016 Stacy Lauren Paiva Sant' Ana passed away. At a young age if 10 years old she had her first heart transplant. She then went on to have 3 more. She fought 13 hard long years. She was a true survivor and inspiration to many!! Stacy was beautiful, brave, smart, funny, and had a wicked sense of humor to say the least.
The family has gone on to to do exactly what Stacy wished and donated her eyes, tissue, and etc to save children with many different needs.
