Help Stan Beat Myelofibrosis

My father, Stan Ponder, was recently diagnosed with severe Myelofibrosis, a form of Leukemia. It's a serious and rare bone marrow disorder that disrupts your body's normal production of blood cells. The result is extensive scarring in your bone marrow, leading to severe anemia, weakness, fatigue, and often, an enlarged spleen and liver.

Stan and his wife, Mary, have enrolled in Medicare but, unfortunately, they do not coverall of his care nor his prescriptions. As you can imagine, Stan will need numerous prescriptions, tests and blood transfusions that will run up an extremely high bill. My parents are still recovering from a tornado that struck their house two years ago, while they have worked odd jobs and dad has already been suffering from early onset Alzheimer's, making this situation even worse than usual.

My parents are very proud people and do not like to ask for help, so you can imagine how difficult this is for them. Please open your heart and help these wonderful people get through this diffcult time.
