Steffi's Family Holiday

My Name is Steve Timms and this is a story over the last 3 years about my wife Steffi, having Cancer.
Steffi was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer in 2013, she went under very heavy treatment, 6 weeks of Radiotherapy and 5 weeks of Chemotherapy. This impacted big on her family life and doing things she loved the most, spending time with her two daughter Estella who is now 15 and Chiara who is now 14 and myself her husdand Steve. After the treatment Steffi took a few months to recover. After all the treatment and recovery time Steffi went on regular check ups at the hospital. 
Early on in 2014 Steffi began to get bad pain down her left hand side from her belly into her leg, after explaining all this to the doctors, we were told it was sideaffects from the treatment. After about 3 months the pain got worse and she was unable to walk, the doctors sent Steffi for a scan which showed the Cancer had come back and she was giving 6 to 12 months left to live.
She was unable to have Radiotherapy or Chemotherapy due to the heavy treatment in 2013.  She was then offered a operation to remove all her bladder completely and having a Stoma Bag for the rest of her life. And a temporary Stoma for her bowels which got reveresed in Jan 2015. The operation was successful and all the Cancer was removed and we as a family was able to live a normal and long life.
However this did effect us on having another child together, which was hard.
April 2015 we decided to move to Germany near Steffi's family but in December 2015 we moved back to the UK because Germany didnt work out. After using all our savings to move to Germany and come back to the UK, we hit some financial difficulties.
This year 2nd Jan 2016 Steffi had been diagnosed with terminal Cancer and has been giving 3 to 12 months to live, she can't have any operations or Radiotherapy, she will get Chemotherapy every 3 weeks to try and slow down the process, but the Chemotherapy could also speed the process and kill her faster.
Shes trying to live day by day to the full and finds some days a struggle and she feels her body shutting down slowly. 
Im currently looking for work but finding it hard at the moment. I was in the British Army 2004 to 2012 and then from 2012 till 2015 i worked for British Telecom Openreach. 
We live day by day with the little money we have, but we get through it because our family is strong and all we need is each other. Our kids find it hard and knowing their mam can die any day and may not be there when they get married or have their own childern, this effects my wife Steffi very badly.
I'm looking for help to raise funds, because one of Steffi's wishes before she passes away is to have a family holiday, as we never had one, due to me always being away or working. 
She would like to have a holiday here in the UK or her dream is to go to Disneyland Paris. I'm hoping i can give her this wish and one good memory to remember and for the kids too.
This would mean so much to use as we don't like asking for help, but if i could give my wife one wish this would be it, I would sell everything i owned just to give her this wish. My wife and Kids mean so much to me and its heart breaking im losing my wife and a mother to my girls.
