Su Casa Rescue Made the Move

Su Casa Rescue is a registered Non-Profit animal rescue located on Vancouver Island in BC. The rescue was founded in 2013 after I rescued my beloved Bella and then a month later Henry from SBC Shelter in California and wanted to do more for those who could not speak for themselves.
Since then Su Casa has rescued 250+ poops and have found loving forever homes for those who were in my charge.
The mission of my rescue is to save one animal at a time and find a loving forever home for each of those in need.
Although most poops have come from California I am commited to assist local dogs that require assistance as well (3 in the past year).

I am a member of the Canadian Armed Forces and have served for 29+ years and have been collecting refundable recycleables on a continuous basis to help fund the dietary and vet care for the poops.

I continue to accept bottle donations however, we moved effective 31 Mar 17 and continue to do some renos and infrastructure updates to ensure the poops' safety and comfort.

I found the perfect property for us and the move is complete but do require assistance with infrastructure development including the completion of the fencing and housing for the dogs. The amount requested includes the build of housing so that all remain safe, warm, and well taken care of until they too , find their forever homes and for Su Casa to continue to rescue the high risk poops from Southern California.

I will also be posting a list of items purchased and projects completed along with pictures as soon as I can.

All proceeds go directly to the needs of the poops and all receipts and invoices will be posted to this site. In the event that there are any funds remaining they will go towards the continued rescue of the dogs that require assistance.
