As most of you know Cassandra Omotunde Subi was killed by a stray bullet almost two years ago on July 26, 2016. #SubiWorld was founded a year after her death to raise awareness about teenage death caused by guns. Our dear Subi, at a young age impacted so many lives, although she is gone her impact is forever lasting. 

In honor of Subi, we have created “The Subi World Giveback Project.” This year, we have partnered up with Medical City’s Children’s Hospital and Arlington Life Shelter. On Friday, July 27th, 2018 from 11am-2pm at 612 E 2nd Street Irving, Tx we will be collecting all the toys, non perishable foods, toiletries, and any sort of donations. We have this GoFundMe account set up for anyone who is willing to donate financially and can not make it the day we are collecting all the items. The money collected will be split evenly between the hospital and the shelter and used to buy the rest of necessities for the hospital and the shelter. No amount is ever too small, everything is appreciated.

The purpose of this project is to impact our community as a remembrance of what Subi stood for while she was alive.
