Sunny Street

Sunny Street is a mobile Doctor and Nurse led outreach unit providing healthcare to individuals and families experiencing vulnerability and homelessness across south East Queensland. In the last 12 months we have consulted with over 550 patients and continue to see more people each and every clinic. We require laptops, wound care products, medical /clinical equipment, a health van/truck and so much more. Please help us reach our target!
