I Need Help With Vet Bills

My name is Erinus and this is my dog Sunshine. Sunshine has wracked up quite the medical bill lately from a few months ago when she had the canine influenza to now when I've been back & forth to the vet for checkups due to her alarming symptoms like weight loss, grumbling stomach and metallic smelling breath. She'll need to take more tests in a few months also and this isn't a problem now that I have care credit, I just put it all on my card to pay when I have the money, but I got my care credit card only recently. For most of these charges, I've had to use my personal credit card that I need in order to buy not only my food but hers as well. Her vet bills have completely maxed it out. I was making $200/Mo which was just enough to pay my minimum payment on my cards as well as buy food for myself, my mother and the other 5 companion animals I have - but I have recently been layed off. I am currently applying for other jobs but in the meantime I don't have any way of providing for myself and my companion animals without applying for another credit card I have no means of paying for. These bills have amassed to more than $4,000 but I'm not asking for the money to pay them off - as she is my responsibility - but I am just asking for help paying down the vet bills on the credit card that I use for food so I can keep making sure that she's taken care of and well fed.
