Supplies + Shipping for Lil' Bernie
Donation protected
Contrary to popular belief, I am no longer making any money on Lil' Bernie. The campaign ended long ago and unfortunately I am still back ordered. I'm also not receiving any new orders.
The money I've invested in this project has been astronomical; supplies and shipping (especially international) are not cheap. For instance, I just spent $150 on buttons for the eyes. Ribbon, material, stuffing, wire, etc., it all adds up.
I had major surgery on my stomach in early June which put me out for close to a month, plus a serious complication. None of it was anticipated, so it set me back in terms of scheduling. On top of this, I am now dealing with another major family illness issue that has taken my attention away from work, as I'm sure you understand.
At this time, I cannot afford to purchase the materials I need to continue. At the end of the day, this work is my livelihood, and like the rest of you, my bills don't pay themselves. I also maintain my "day job" of tailoring and alterations, but it's the slow season, so I'm struggling.
I'm doing the best I can to see out this obligation, and I'm asking (very meekly) for your help. Any amount would be appreciated to defer costs.
Thank you for your continued support and patience.
