On 7/5/17 and 7:34pm Daniel departed to Heaven. Please send Sarah and their families your thoughts and prayers.
They are beyond grateful for all of the prayers and donations this far. Your donations will go to medical bills, funeral costs, and so much more.

This January Daniel was given the amazing news that he has beat cancer. As a newlywed to Sarah Pouliot this was the best gift they could have recieved. Recently, he has been hospitalized for complete heart failure and after several procedures he is now awaiting a possible heart transplant.

Please consider donating to help support Daniel, Sarah, and their families for expenses related. After 5 procedures and many nights in the hospital the medical bills are stacking up and any support would be greatly appreciated.

Another way you could help is to consider driving to U of M to donate blood (A- or O-) and request it be banked toward Daniel Pouliot.
