On Sunday, December 17th, Elizabeth was on her way to drop off her younger brother at her family's home. She was in the passenger seat while her husband drove; her brother and daughter were in the back seat.
Less than two blocks from their destination, near the intersection of Scranton Ave and Woodlawn St, her husband pulled around a white sedan that had stopped on the right side of the road. While passing the sedan, a shot was fired, striking Elizabeth in the head, killing her instantly. No one else in the car was struck.
Elizabeth's husband and family are asking for any possible assistance in this troubling time, especially any information or tips to the Clearwater Police Department.
