Support Jairin as we fight for his job!

Show solidarity with Jairin, a fellow Burgerville worker and union member who was unjustly fired, and donate to support him while we fight to get his job back!
Jairin was fired last week for throwing out some old fish. That’s literally all he did to get fired. Local management tried to frame this as “theft” but gave no evidence at all to Jairin or to the union. This is clearly the latest in Burgerville’s historical pattern of firing union leaders and supporters.
But the bills don’t stop if you get unfairly fired. The landlord doesn’t care if you were retaliated against for trying to build a union. And Burgerville wages aren’t high enough for any of us to save money for emergencies like these.
Jairin has stood strong, continuing to organize with his coworkers at the Gladstone Burgerville. But he's in a difficult spot, waiting to see what management does next, and wondering how he'll be able to make ends meet this month.
Please donate if you can, and help us support Jairin! Anything would help, and would mean the world to somebody who fell under union busting fire while trying to fight for a better world.

We realize that money is tight, and not everyone's in a place to donate--especially if you're also a fast food worker, a service industry worker, a low-wage worker of any kind. If you're looking for another way to show your support, please stand with Jairin by calling Burgerville Corporate at 1-888-827-8369.
Tell them you won't stand for this kind of union-busting, and demand that they rehire Jairin!!
