Joe and Becky Fighting Cancer

Joe is in the initial stages of a battle against stage four non-small cell lung cancer. When it was discovered just under two months ago, it had already spread and multiple tumors were found on his spine, hips, and brain. They began immediate radiation on those outlying tumors as they tested and analyzed the main tumor in the lung. They now believe they have a treatment plan, and their doctors have told them to settle-in and prepare for long-range treatment.

Joe has been unable to work at all, and Becky has been forced to cut-back significantly on her hours in order to care for Joe and to focus on this fight. They have put their house on the market and are looking for ways to make their situation more sustainable in the long-term as they fight this battle together. They currently have health insurance which is covering much of the treatment cost. Needless to say, however, their immediate financial needs, with little to no income coming in, have reached a critical point.

There are so many whose lives Joe and Becky have poured into for so many years who we know are looking for a way to help from a distance, and we hope this fund will provide a way for that to happen.
