Support Lakandria's Children

On October 27, 2017, Lakandria "Kandie" Rush (34) of Birmingham, Alabama lost her life to a senseless act of violence, leaving behind her four beautiful children Curtis (19), Drakyra (17), Quintasia (14), and Marquis (8). This tragedy comes only a week after the Rush family had the bury their grandfather Howard Rush, the backbone of their family.  Lakandria's mother and sister, Estella and Meleehia, have taken on the responsibility for the children's care and are hoping that with the help of the GoFundMe, they will raise enough money to assist with the children's everyday care and living expenses; e.g. clothing, school expenses, basic necessities, etc.  The Family asks that you give whatever is on your heart, including prayer.

Funds will withdrawn by aunt and distributed evenly to children. One portion to be given directly to oldest (Curtis) and the rest placed into individual accounts for youngest three (Drakyra, Quintasia, and Marquis) to be used on their behalf when needed
