Support Muluken Melesse

በቅርብና በሩቅ ላላችሁ ኢትዮጵያውያን ወገኖቻችን የማክበር ሰላምታችንን እናቀርባለን። በኢትዮጵያ ዘመናዊ ሙዚቃ ቀዳሚ ስፍራን ይዞ ላለፉት ብዙ ዓመታት ከኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ ጋራ በሙዚቃው ዓለም ወንድማችን መሉቀን መለሰ ገሰሰ እንዳሳለፈ ይታወቃል።

አብዛኞቻችሁ እንደምታውቁት ጌታ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስን እንደግል አዳኙ አድርጎ ከተቀበለ በኃላ ለክርስቶስ ካለው ልዩ ፍቅር የተነሳ ሲሰራበት የነበረውን የዘፋኝነት ሙያውን ትቶ ወደ መንፈሳዊ ዝማሬ አገልግሎት ቀይሯል። ነገር ግን እንደምታውቁት ጋሽ ሙሉቀን መለሰ ለቡዙ ዓመታት በህመም ሲሰቃይና በህይወት ውጣ ውረድ ውስጥ እያለፈ ይገኛል።

በዚህም ምክንያት የሚያስፈልገውን የህክምና ወጪ በራሱ ለመሸፈን ከአቅም በላይ ሆኖበታል። በዚህ እጅግ ብዙ የህክምና ወጪ ወዳጆቹ ትብብር ያደርጉለት ዘንድ  ለማስተባበር የእርሱን ፍቃደኝነት በመጠየቅ ይህን የገቢ ማሰባሰቢያ ጀምረናል። ከዚህ ቀደም በፀሎት ድጋፍ ያደረጉለትን ቅዱሳን ከልብ አመስግኗል።

ከዝነኛው ጋሽ ሙሉቀን መለሰ ጎን ለመቆም እና ፍቅራችንን ለመግለፅ ይህ ልዩ ዕድል ተዘጋጅቷል። ስለዚህም በዋሽንግተን ዲስ እና አከባቢው ብሎም በአዲስ አበባ ኢትዮጵያ ልዩ ኮንሰርት በማዘጋጀት ላይ ነን። አሁን ወንድማችን ያለበትን የገንዘብ ችግር እግዚአብሔርን በመታምን 500000 ሺ ዶላር ለማሰባሰብ እንቅስቃሴ ጀምረናል። ይህም ለጋሽ ሙሉቀን መለሰ የህክምና ወጪዎች ለመሸፈን እና ወደ ሆስፒታል ለሚያደርገው እንቅስቃሴ ለሚያስፈልገው ልዩ መኪና መግዣ እና ለአንገብጋቢ ጉዳዮች ይሆን ዘንድ ታቅዷል።

ለዚህ የተቀደሰ ታላቅ ዓላማ አብሮ ለመስራት የተነሱ ሰዎች በጣም ብዙ ናቸው። ሁሉምን በአንድ ጊዜ ለመዘርዘር ያስቸግራል። ጋሽ ሙሉቀን መለሰ ለወ/ሮ ሸዋዬ ስዩም፥ ፖስተር ጌታቸው ወርቁ እና ምህረት ጥላሁን ሁሉንም ባማከለ መልኩ ያስተባበሩለት ዘንድ ፍቃዱን ሰጥቷቸዋል።

ከዚህ ታለቅ የርህራሄ ዓላማ በግብረ ኃይል ውስጥ ያሉትን ጥቂት ወገኖች ለመጥቀስ ያህል ዘማሪ ፓስተር ታምራት ኃይሌ፤ዘማሪ ሳሙኤል ተስፋ ሚካኤል፤ፓስተር ዘማሪ ተከስተ ጌትነት፤ ዘማሪ በረከት ተስፋዬ፤ ወ/ም ሄኖክ ሰሎሞን፤ወ/ም አረጋ ሰለሞን፤ ወ/ም ደረጀ ተስፋዬ፤ወ/ም ሳሙኤል ቶሎሳ፤ እና ወንድማችን ሚሊዮን ዳርሰማ እናም ብዙ ሌሎች የጋሽ ሙሉቀንን ወዳጆች እና ለክርስቶስ ያሳየውን ፍቅር የሚያደንቁ ይገኙበታል።

በዚህም ምክንያት ተወዳጁን ወንድማችንን ጋሽ ሙሉቀን መለሰን ለመረዳት እና ከጎኑ ለመቆም ጥሪያችንን እናስተላልፋለን። በሃገራችን እንደሚባለው “ሃምሳ ሎሚ ለአንድ ሰው ሸክም ነው፤ ለሃምሳ ሰው ግን የመዓዛ ሽታ ነው።” የምንወደውን ወንድማችንን ሸክም በጋራ ለመሸከም የበኩላችንን እንወጣ።

ተጨማሪ መረጃዎችን እና ሂደቶችን እየተከታተልን የምናሳውቃችሁ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን። ኢትዮጵያዊያን ሁሉ ጋሽ ሙሉቀንን ለመርዳት በምታስቡት መንገድ ሁሉ ትሳተፉ ዘንድ በመላው ዓለም ዕድሉ ክፍት ነው። ይህንንም በጋሽ ሙሉቀን ስም በተከፈተው ኢሜል አድራሻ በዚሁ ጎ ፈንድ ሚ ላይ ፃፉልን። 


We offer our greetings to all Ethiopians near and far. Muluken Melesse Gessese is one of the pioneers of modern Ethiopian music for many decades. He is known for his amazing voice and outstanding stage performance.

As you may know, because of his radical faith in Jesus Christ and love for the Gospel, he had left his lifelong secular career in singing and became a gospel singer.

However, as you may know, Muluken has been ill for many years and currently dealing with so much health complications and life challenges. It is impossible for him to cover most of his medical expenses. He is very grateful for many saints for their prayers and continuous support in the past. And because of this enormous medical and personal financial needs, we asked him to mobilize all Ethiopians around the world to raise funds for him. This is an opportunity for you to stand with the legendary singer Muluken Melesse and show him your love.

We are organizing a concert in Washington DC area as well as in Addis Ababa. To adequately help address his current financial challenges, we are trusting God to raise up to USD 500,000. With this, we can help our beloved brother Muluken cover his medical expense, buy a car suitable to ride back and forth to a medical center, as well as include some of the most important expenses.

There are many people behind this great cause, and it's impossible to list them all here. Muluken delegated Shewaye Seyoum, Getachew Worku, and Miheret Tilahun as coordinators for this purpose.

Leading with us in this great compassionate cause are Singer Pastor Tamirat Haile, Samuel T. Michael, Pastor Singer Tekeste Getnet, Singer Bereket Tesfaye, Henock Solomon, Arega Solomon, Dereje Tesfaye, Samuel Tolosa, Million Darsema, and many others who love Muluken and his commitment for Jesus.

Therefore, we are kindly asking you to come alongside and do all you can to help our dear brother. As an Ethiopian saying goes, “Fifty lemon is a burden for one person but aroma for fifty people,” let’s share his burden and show our brotherly love and care.
