Support the Ford Site Development

Sustain Ward 3 is a group of neighbors in St. Paul, Minnesota advocating for new development in our back yard.
A 135-acre former Ford Manufacturing facility is slated to be redeveloped into new housing units, new businesses, new parks, and includes the daylighting of a creek.

Sustain Ward 3 is fighting a small group of well-funded, well-connected homeowners in a battle for the future of the neighborhood. They've raised thousands of dollars for yard signs, billboards, and are preparing for legal action.
Sustain Ward 3 is a YIMBY group raising funds to get lawn signs, stickers and buttons, rally signs, advertising, and most importantly, to facilitate more in-person community organizing.
Here's what we're fighting for:
The vision for the brownfield site is a connected, mixed-use neighborhood that looks to the future with clean technologies and high quality design for energy, buildings and infrastructure. The plan calls for a vibrant mixed-use urban village to be integrated into the existing community. This site will be woven into the existing city, and incorporates walking, biking and transit, and provide services, jobs and activities that every generation can enjoy
