Support the Pellegrini Family - Restaurant Fire

Donation protected
The Pellegrini family has grown to be an extension of my own. I’m so proud to know these incredible business owners - and I know that they have come to be a staple in our community. Not only do they have literally award-winning food (2014-2018 Best Italian Restaurant, Greeley Tribune | Best of Greeley Magazine) but when you dine at Pellegrini, it’s like you’re dining with family and friends. In my four years at the restaurant, I grew to love the people behind the business. There were nights where I’d walk into a room and Carlo had our guests crying from laughing so hard. That place was built with a lot of passion and a lot of love. The food was amazing, yes, but it was the people who made it truly great.

On March 30th, Pellegrini Ristorante sustained significant damage to the restaurant due to an electrical fire that started on the patio and extended into the entryway and attic. While both Carlo and his wife, Jessica, are very optimistic and working diligently to one day re-open the restaurant, the damage is severe and therefore the rebuild process could take several months at least. Being a small, family-owned business - the Pellegrini family will be unemployed as they work on rebuilding to bring their restaurant back to our community.

During this time, their family will likely be struggling financially. On top of the expectations to still pay vendors, maintain contracts, pay income tax, etc. they still have their day-to-day expenses to cover that insurance just simply doesn’t allow for such as mortgage, gas, groceries, schooling, etc. This family has sacrificed a lot, not just for me, but for all of their employees. So, I’d like to take this opportunity to ask that our community support them during this difficult time.

I’d like to thank each and every one of you in advance for sharing this message within our community. Thank you for each positive thought, encouraging word, or monetary donation you’re able to make toward the Pellegrini family.
