Support the Townsends

At the beginning of October, the Townsend family was dealt a major blow with Casey suffering a stroke before his shift at work. 4 days later he suffered a second stroke and in the time since has been diagnosed with a brain tumour as well as suffering two heart attack but continues to fight on as he now awaits a heart transplant. 

By his side the entire time has been his wife Sharna whom he married in his time at the Gold Coast Hospital showing that true love isn’t always about the big day and more about being connected to the one you love. Together they are raising a young family of 3 kids. 

While many have already opened their wallets and hearts, the ongoing hospital visits and all the expenses that go with raising their family means times continue to be challenging. 

To help the family out I will be launching an assault on the Guinness World record for burpees completed in 12hrs on the 28th of April 2019 to help raise additional funds for both the family and organ donation.
