Cassandra C's Recurrence

 This GoFundMe page was originally created to help Cassandra Callender regain her health and seek legal advice after undergoing court ordered Chemotherapy while being hospitalized and in DCF Custody  . Recently it was discovered with a catscan that Cassandra has a mass in her lung. 

The now 18Yr old who was known only as "Cassndra C", who was diagnosed with stage 3-4 hodgkins lymphoma back in the late fall of 2014 is now facing possible relapse . Recent catscans have shown a mass growing inside Cassandras lung -approximately the size of a clementine. 
 
Cassandra was given an 85% survival rate , she underwent 5 months of chemotherapy with statements in the media given by DCF that her life was going to be "saved" , now not even a year later things are taking a turn for the  worse, but she has always looked at things positively , being locked in a hospital made her focus on "the light at the end of the tunnel" . Regardless of the situation her spirited remained happy. 

Now that Cassandra is no longer a minor , she is going forward with alternative treatments . The contributions to this page will help her afford those treatments along with helping her and her mom find an attorney that has been needed since day 1 to look over her case and give advice on what to do next .
