Supporting the Faulkner Family

I'm putting together this campaign to help raise funds for part of our family that is in need. Here is their story:

"My husband Mike is dying from a mystery illness that nobody can give us answers for. He is the greatest man I've ever met and we've been together for over 30 years. They told him that he has 3-6 months left to live and we are struggling to make ends meet with medical bills piling up and him being out of work. Christmas is 2 months away and we would like to have one last great holiday as a family. 

Mike got sick a few months ago and after going to specialist after specialist they have been unable to explain what's wrong. He's lost almost 100 pounds and has had significant functional decline. At this point he's lost basically all muscle control and is unable to feel touch on the lower part of his body. 

He was originally placed on hospice with a diagnosis of ALS but that has since been changed since seeing an ALS specialist and confirming that he has some other form of wasting disease. The latest nerve biopsy just came back to confirm his deterioration is in the final stage but there is still no formal diagnosis of this unknown disease.  I'd like to get an autopsy done after Mike's passing to hopefully identify the disease for our daughter and son's future.

Unfortunately since Mike is unable to work and I'm taking care of him full time we have reached a point where we are unable to cover his medical bills and we need to plan ahead for funeral and autopsy costs.  All donations will go toward his final preparations, autopsy cost and medical bills.
